OCALA, Fla. (WPEC) — The Marion County Sheriff's Office in Florida had little trouble arresting two men for a string of burglaries and thefts this week.

According to investigators, Robert Hobby, 41, and Marcus Reeves, 23, went around Ocala and the surrounding area breaking into stores, stealing cigarettes and lottery tickets.

The two men left a few things behind during their crime sprees, like a shoe and tools. Reeves, however, left behind his wallet and driver's license, the sheriff's office said.

Deputies went to his house and knocked on the door. The sheriff's office said he confessed. Now he and Hobby are in jail facing a total of 14 charges combined for grand theft and burglary.
